Subsequently, Dr. Marc Bertrand was unanimously selected by St. John's University in partnership with the New York City Department of Education to serve as Distinguished Visiting Lecturer to teach a doctoral level (instructional technology) course for teachers, building and district level administrators. The latter objective was to explore challenges, and opportunities that promote culturally relevant learning aligned with equitable healthcare, social and cultural justice for economically disadvantaged municipalities.
